Wyoming Fun
Wyoming Hiking
Wyoming may not have a lot of people, but one thing it does have is miles and miles of wonderful wilderness. Great places to camp, hike, hunt, and be one with nature...that is when nature is calm enough to let you enjoy her. You might not know this, but Wyoming’s weather is quite literally insane. One hour it's freezing, the next it's hot, then come the gale force winds, followed by a sprinkle (or a shower) of moisture, and then back to calm. It's pretty exciting stuff, but one season where the weather is pretty stable is during the summer.
In the summer you can step outside and stand up straight. No wind to fight. No hats to chase. No snow to tromp through. Just perfect summer days. And this is where those lucky enough to live in Wyoming get spoiled.
Having so many areas to explore you never want to come back inside. And this is what this site is about. Finding great places to enjoy. Hidden gems close to town and those far away. Because while civilization can be great, the outdoors can sometimes be better.
